The self-service portal allows users to manage their own devices, including:

  • Adding or activating a new smartphone or iPad
  • Locate a lost device (using the built-in GPS)
  • Lock or wipe a lost or stolen device
  • Backup all contacts and SMS messages from the device

The user can also get access to information from the device:

  • Search and access all SMS messages
  • Usage statistics for voice and data 

From the portal users can also locate and install apps from the corporate apps store. This feature is also available from the device.
